The benefits of the Policy are worldwide, 24 hours a day.
The plan is designed primarily for persons between the ages 18 to 65 years old. It can be extended to include the applicant’s spouse, under age 65, and his children, ages 1 to 19 years who are single and unemployed. If the applicant is single, he may include his parents below age 65, as well his unmarried and unemployed brothers and sisters who are between the ages 1 to 19 years old.
Accidental Death & Disablement
In case of accidental bodily injury that will result to loss of life within 180 days after the date of accident, the policy shall pay the principal sum. In case of disablement, it provides a monthly fixed amount based on the policy schedule.
Unprovoked Murder and Assault
When the assured is intentionally injured or killed by another, and the injury or death is not the result of his misconduct or provocation but is unforeseen insofar as he is concerned, and occurs without his agency, the injury or death is an accident or caused by an accidental means, within the meaning of an accident insurance policy.
Medical Expense Benefit
When by reason of an injury, the Policyholder shall require treatment by a legally qualified physician or surgeon, confinement in a hospital or the employment of a licensed or graduate nurse, the Company will pay the actual expenses incurred within one hundred eighty (180) days from the date of accident for such treatment, hospital charges and nurse’s fees, but not to exceed the maximum amount payable stated in the Schedule as a result of any one accident.
Pays a fixed amount as financial assistance in the event of death due to accident.
In the event that during the period of Insurance the Principal Insured sustains bodily injury and shall be necessarily confined as an in-patient in a hospital on the recommendation of a registered medical practitioner other than himself, the company will pay the insured a hospitalization cash benefit as stated in the policy schedule from the first day of hospitalization, maximum of 30 days.
CLASS I Non-hazardous occupation confined to sedentary jobs. (Examples: Executives, office employees, accountants, architects, teachers, dentists, doctors and other similar professions.)
CLASS II Occupations requiring traveling and sales. (Examples: Businessmen, salesmen, merchants, agents, engineers, and auditors).
CLASS III Skilled or semi skilled workers using machinery, supervision of manual Works including occasional manual work. (Examples: Machine operators, garment factory workers, textile mill workers, assembly line workers and drivers).
CLASS IV Heavy manual work involving extensive and extraneous physical efforts. (Examples: Construction workers, linemen, lumbermen, auto repair shop workers and machine shop workers).
Any loss or disability caused directly or indirectly, wholly or partly by suicide or self-inflicted injuries, while sane or insane, insurrection, war declared or undeclared, participating in riot, committing an assault or felony, injuries sustained while under the influence of prohibited drugs or alcohol, motorcycling (including pillion riding), any form of racing other than foot, hazardous /professional sports, service in the armed forces, flying (except as a fare-paying passenger).
