We are looking for a graduate of Automotive Technology with good working knowledge on the different motor parts. The person will be responsible in assessing or determining liability by investigating insurance claims for motor vehicular accidents, burglary, fire, flooding and the like.

JOB SUMMARY:

  • Preparation and Analysis of Aging and other Receivable reports.
  • Preparation of Monthly Statement of Accounts.
  • Handling of SOA and OR distribution to Assureds and Intermediaries.
  • Preparation of Notice of Cancellation direct to Assured.
  • Preparation of Post-dated Check and Bounced Check Schedule.
  • Preparation of monthly and annual incentives.
  • Preparation of Collector’s Provisional Receipt.
  • Validation of Payment and Remittances of Accounts.
  • Validation of Payments of Accounts with Reported Claims.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  1. Graduate of Accountancy or any Finance related course, CPA is an advantage.
  2. Open to fresh graduates.
  3. Can work closely with internal and external clients.
  4. Can handle multiple tasks and confidential information.
  5. Good Oral and Written Skills
  6. Detail oriented and customer service oriented
  7. Proficient in MS Office Applications

COMPLIANCE OFFICER

JOB SUMMARY:

  • Ensures the facilitation and review of all reportorial and compliance requirements which include, but not limited to the AMLC, BIR, IC, SEC, National & Local Government.
  • Review and preparation of the Monthly Financial Report, Annual Business Plan, and other financial schedules may be required by the Division Head.
  • Conducts regular concurrent controls such as review of Financial Statements, Transaction documentation and Tax returns.
  • Oversees continuity of all operational requirements of the Branch Accounting.
  • Plans and implements staff enhancement program.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  1. Graduate of Accountancy, CPA.
  2. At least 5 years of relevant work experience, 2 years of which in supervisory or officer capacity.
  3. Strong leadership and management skills.
  4. Strong Analytical ability.
  5. Customer service oriented and a team player
  6. Good oral and verbal communication skills.
  7. Proficient in MS Office Applications
